Tingle Media is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy tells you about our online collection, use and disclosure of personal information. The terms of this policy apply to personal information collected by Tingle Media on the website tinglemedia.com (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Tingle Media, Inc. (“Tingle Media’). Information collected may be retained as long as it is reasonably required for the purposes it was collected.
1. Consent to Collection of Your Personal Information
When you visit the Site, certain kinds of non-personal information, such as the website that referred you to us, your IP address, browser type and language, and access times, may be collected automatically as part of the Site's operation. 2.1. information collected when you register including your member name and password, your name, your mailing address, email address, and phone number.
2.2. information collected when you make a purchase including your credit card number and billing address.
2.3. if you provide literary content to the Site, information collected when you sign-up to provide content including (i) banking and other financial institution information required in order for us to compensate you; (ii) your social security number required in order for us to prepare tax documents; and (iii) a copy of your photo identification (for example, your driver’s license).
You may always choose not to provide personal information, but if you so choose, certain products and services may not be available to you.
3. Accessing or Changing Your Personal Information

4. Personal Information Preferences
Tingle Media respects your right to make choices about the use and disclosure of your personal information. If at any time you decide that you do not want to receive surveys or marketing communications from us, please let us know by: (1) checking or un-checking the appropriate box on your online registration form when you sign up; (2) contacting Customer Service by email at memberservice@tinglemedia.com.
If you choose not to receive marketing communications, please be advised that you will continue to receive transactional or account communications (e.g., confirmation emails and account balance statements).
5. Use of Your Personal Information
Tingle Media collects and uses your personal information to:
5.1. create and manage your membership account;
5.2. process your transactions;
5.3. provide customer service;
5.4. perform research and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and technologies;

Personal information collected by Tingle Media may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Tingle Media or its affiliates or agents maintain facilities, and by providing us with your personal information and using our Site or services, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Except as set out in this privacy policy, Tingle Media does not disclose or sell your personal information to any third-parties.

Content on tinglemedia.com is intended solely for the exclusive use of adults over the age of 18 and should not be accessed or viewed by anyone under the age of 18. We do not intend to solicit or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Tingle Media strives to protect this Site from unauthorized use.
